Prosecco & strawberry and chef’s canapé on arrival. 

Starters

 Prawns sauté 

In a garlic chilli and white wine sauce, touch of bisque and Napoli sauce, served with homemade bread 

Or

 Fresh scallops

 Pan fried on a bed of creamy shallot and brandy sauce. 

Or

 King Prawn cocktail

On a bed of lettuce with Marie Rose sauce, homemade bread.

 Or 

Bruschetta

With garlic mushrooms and melted cheese 

Or 

Ferraris antipasto

Selection of Italian cured meats with Italian cheese, pickles and homemade bread.

MAIN COURSE

Scottish fillet steak: 

With a choice of peppercorn, mushroom, or blue cheese sauce, fries or roast potatoes. 

Or

Slow cooked lamb: 

In red wine, served with potatoes, roast vegetables and mint sauce 

Or  

Traditional Turkey breast: 

Rolled with Pancetta - with Italian gravy, potatoes and steamed vegetables. 

Or

 Gnocchi:  

filled with mushrooms and served on pumpkin sauce and truffle oil.

Or

Lobster linguine: 

Half lobster shell off sauté with brandy, cherry tomatoes, chilli and bisque sauce  (£20 additional surcharge)

DESSERT

Dolce Chocolate fondant: 

warm chocolate dessert with a melting heart, 

accompanied by custard sauce

Affogato 

- Ferraris: favourite Vanilla ice cream baileys and espresso drizzled with amaretto biscuits

Traditional Christmas Pudding: 

With Amaretto liqueur sauce .
