Butter-roasted turkey crown with cranberry & pear stuffing, served with roast potatoes,

28-day dry-aged beef fillet wrapped in Parma ham and golden puff pastry, served with

creamy potatoes & veal jus.

Fresh halibut with a courgette crust, served with creamy potatoes & Béarnaise sauce.
